Sunni Unlimited has a mission to inspire our youth by encouraging learning through practical and fun concepts. The Sunni & Her Hip Hop Bunny series has accomplished this mission by successfully integrating S.T.E.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Math) and the Arts (Hip Hop).
Lucy Ra’oof and Ashia Duprey are the Hip Hop and STEM duo behind this colorful series.
Lucy Ra’oof, or “Juice,” as she’s affectionately known in the industry, is one of the most prolific management executives in Hip Hop having over 25 years of experience. With the trending absence of “Arts” in the schools, Lucy feels strongly that the series’ fusion of Hip Hop and education brings a focus on art integration, which in her opinion makes learning more enjoyable for children.
Ashia Duprey is a philanthropist, former high school science educator, and mother of two. Ashia is a passionate advocate for the teaching of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) curricula through non-traditional teaching methods and firmly believes STEM education is an important gateway to broader career opportunities for youth in the 21st century economy.
